Where do you get these There are these staffs out, that are level 123. They usually have about high 14x m.atk, are tradable and look like old NX covers. I've been looking for a high magic attack tradable staff and stumbled onto a wand in FM today. I'm wondering where these things come from and how much they'd cost (broa)

Archmage Attack Speed Capping Hello, I've been wondering how much an archmage's attack speed can be boosted by things such as SI and inner ability. I realize that a staff/wand's attack speed has no effect on our casting speed, however things such as SI do have an effect. I was just wondering how many levels can we boost our speed until we can no longer do so?
What Kind of Nebulite to Use on my Staff I have a VIP staff that I use on all of my magician characters, which consists of a i/l, f/p, bishop and BaM. I'm wondering what the best kind of nebulite to use on it would be. 15% PDR is pretty standard on most weapons, but would a crit nebulite be a good choice due to all of the adventurer mages getting +25% minimum critical damage from Arcane Overdrive? Or Perhaps a total damage nebulite would be a good choice? Boss damage would likely be ideal, however I do not have that kind of money.
