ap build for best damage? right now i am level 103 and have 20 base str which is not being used because im using a 100att kandiva. would it be best for me to try to get a vip/Last uwg bow or should i pump some str and try to make my self a good reverse or use a nisrock? im not the biggest damage h03 but i like to be able to hold my own against other classes. ill probaly be able to spend 500-700mil and i can easily get all 3% dex equips scrolled with some str. i can also scroll my bow with 50%'s if that helps. so, what best?
