How do unfunded bandits get the str required without using ap to wear the level 80 khanjar?

Its likely that an unfunded person wouldn't have a Khanjar in the first place, but assuming they would, a Zhelm, 4 rings of most sorts, a pendant, belt, Cannoneer buff, inner will, alliance passive, shoulder, Neo City medal and Crusader Codex would give more than enough to equip any item with a STR requirement.
