Range versus minimum critical damage As one of my rings, I've been using an Explorer's Magical Ring, which gives +5% critical and +20% minimum critical. Now with the Absolute Ring, it obviously gives more range over any ring, so this is no question. Here's where I'm at. I have a Tempest Ring that gives 3% int. It gives more damage over just the +5 magic Magical Ring, without the critical rate (remedied by a level 120 Phantom) and minimum critical rate. Please tell me I'm over-analyzing this and should just go with the one that increases raw damage.
Passive Hyper Skills I'm torn between Chain Lightning - Spread and Frozen Orb - Critical Chance. On one hand, I have 87% critical rate with 50% min and 76% max so I have both Frozen Orb and Chain Lightning always crit. On the other, I can hit up to seven enemies with Chain Lightning, but the 13% chance that Frozen Orb doesn't hit critical would leave a sour, unimpressive taste in my mouth.
Frozen Orb I haven't been on my I/L since the Shade update and just remembered in time for today's server check. Did they "fix" Frozen Orb back to "normal" or is it still glitched?
