Nexon America has proven to be Extremely biased on issues presented towards them and despite being a multi-billion dollar company, lacks the work force and care needed to provide for it's consumers. As proven by some of the more dupe related issues they are very capable of fixing game related issues fairly quickly yet only seem to respond so anxiously when it directly effects their income. Most famous of these is the MTS dupe issue wear a small group of players exploited items and glitches to the point of the MTS being flooded by illegitimate items that, due to the nature of the incident, caused a very big spike in income.
