Cygnus Mule Blessing Glitch
Hey guys
So I was checking out my beginner skills, and stumbled upon this: http://i.imgur.com/fizlZ.jpg
Isn't the max for the Cygnus blessing 24 because of the level restriction of 120? Or did they change it?

they changed it, you have to do some extra quests on your DW to level it to 30.
