I have % luk equips on my Night lord and wanna use it to fund my xenon.
Can I just stick to all luk on xenon?
Or is it req to buy all%

if you go pure stat you'll lose around 40-50% of the damage you could be doing with all stats, along with other nice perks like stance and such.
stick with all stats% obviously because going pure stat will lose 60% of your dmg
so its best to go with all stats, can't find one? use dex,str,luk% gears to balance them out
Raise your stats evenly at least until you meet the requirements for that 4th job skill (multilateral or something). You won't get as much of a boost with just pure luk.
pure luk xenon is weaker than normal build
so if you don't mind being substantially weaker?
If you want the help of collateral you should go with all stats equal and all%.
