Don't worry about memorizing them; once you use them enough, they'll become pretty much second nature.
Why doe?
probably not long. you could memorize that entire list in about an hour, but then again, you'll only remember it for like half an hour. this is a strange thing to have to do, though, since a lot of low level chemistry, including organic chemistry, won't entail the use of such elements as beryllium or argon.
Somewhat simple. I memorized their abbreviations in like 10min using flash cards.
I recommend memorizing the Abbreviations 1st then the mass. The mass always increases so it shouldnt be that hard.
It's quite simple actually, I would say two hours max. I mean the names aren't that hard, and besides, for the first twenty elements, generally their mass number is twice their atomic number. There are a few elements with an exception, but not that many. Good luck!
I started to sing them in order.
I only know about half of the table.
NEVER EVER advise the use of singing. He might have a terrible voice and make everyone's ears around him bleed.

Hydrogen
Helium
Lithium
Beryllium
Boron
Carbon
Nitrogen
Oxygen
Chlorine
Neon
Sodium
-Forgot this one-
Gallium?
Eh I give up.
Read the first 20 element x21 times
U will remember it
use flash card
Umm depends on your memory. The atomic mass is fairly simple if you can just remember the atomic numbers.
