permanent CS items
question:is the only way 2 get them is buy these boxes? or there is an option 2 buy em by just paying more then required...
i wanna buy nx but i want 2 know if its possible 2 just purchase the permanent items by just buying them for a higher price or something...

You can't directly buy permanent NX items anymore,I hope they'll re-establish to option to do so.
permenant NX IS actually available, but there's a catch
you can either obtain it through said boxes
otherwise, every time a new nx item is released, for the FIRST TWO WEEKS it is ONLY BUYABLE in the permenant version
AFTER that first two weeks, it is ONLY BUYRABLE in the 90-DAY version
so...wait till something u like comes out, and buy it within the first 2 weeks ^^
