Would it be awkward Hey Basil, it's been a while and I think that I'm finally going to leave for good but I'm trying to get a good mixed opinion on something and figured I might as well try asking here to see what you guys think first. It hasn't happened yet and I don't have any particular person in mind, but for the first time in my 4 years of high school I'm going to actually go to a dance and I'm going to try actually talking to girls. I'm kind of an awkward person so the approach isn't exactly my strong suit so I was wondering, if a random person came up to you and told you they thought you were attractive and asked for your number or if you wanted to hang out how would you react? Children ask the darndest things I was just going through threads and noticed how often "younger" Basilers ask things that at their current age they shouldn't be worrying about like: - Talking about how to get the girl they "love" back - Talking about how their under-weight - Wondering why they aren't taller or how to grow taller The list goes on but I'll leave it at that. So what do you think is causing this, what do you think about it, do you agree/disagree?

Im looking for job ideas So I'm trying to decide what I want to do in College (I'm in Canada not the US) and I'm not really sure what I want to do. I'm looking for something that's hands on but still mentally stimulating. I was thinking about plumbing for a while, but when I was talking to a college professor who had worked in the plumbing industry for about 25 years he told me that plumbing gets pretty tedious after a while. Before plumbing I was thinking about psychology because it's a topic I enjoy and I like to help people, but I don't enjoy the classroom setting and 7 years in university is something that wouldn't work for me. Can anyone give me some suggestions or things to look into, thanks :D
