If someone submits a drawing to the screen section, they must provide proof that it is indeed theirs. Either a copy of the original file (if using Photoshop/SAI/etc, there's a specific filetype for that program) or a screenshot of the work in progress... anything. I'm personally tired of seeing ripped off work and I'm sure the mods are too. If there's a better way to organize this, feel free to suggest something better.
