We have a winner~ All the boss tagged monsters will NEVER result in a reaper spawn, whether you killed the monster or not.

@mattrimkevx: Hoh is part of stronghold... a and b are called the drill halls, and part of stronghold as well.
@j1mm13valadez: Yes they do spawn in HoH, however he is asking about stronghold, i.e. the official knights A and B, in which they do not spawn.

what maps have you been training on? I can confirm it spawns in HoH it has spawned for me several times.
