KMS players got them because the NCC was new there, and since GMS removed their's due to scammers I'm guessing they took the NCC out of the Hot Time prize but didn't edit the orignal KMS text.

thats isnt a glitch, originally we used to get them because at kms players got them, since Nexon America has been prohibited to allow their players to exchangue their ING.by korea corp. in fact's its a manuall patch error by fault of nexon america, they used to change the text but maybe they just miss that detail
it is a glitch cause i got it on 2 accounts and didn't recieve it
