I lost my luminous memory cape from using the advance potential scroll and i was wondering if there is a way to get it back.

Let's just all Scroll our capes with 10%'s, toss it if 1 of the scrolls fail, and hope that we can get another one.
there seems to be a one armed headless nakey dudette sneaking up behind you...
on topic: as first comment said you have to make a new lumi get it to 120 and transfer all you gear to the new lumi with the new set unfortunately
