Does golden awakening stamp have a chance of blowing up

Well I got a Golden Awakening Stamp that add a second bonus potential. In the description it says there the chance rate is 80%, but it doesn't say if it has a chance of blowing up. Does it?

With the 10% stamp stating it wont break items, it can be a bit misleading, making you think that normally any stamp will destroy your item unless it states it.
No.. it has an 80% chance of adding a pot line to a 2l item. (Finally got my Czak to 3l I feel so complete.)
