I have horrible luck
So, today, I bought a Raven Horn Chaser Cape and put Potential Scroll 70% on it and it failed. As the result, the item was destroyed. T_T
Then I bought another cape and used 90% on it. It was destroyed...
And lastly, I bought one more cape and used 90% on it.
Guess what?
It was destroyed.

Ravenhorn capes are dirt cheap....You can get em in Mardia for like 50-150m

That's sad. In Windia, you can find one with potential for probably 200m or less, though.

Raven horn chaser cape is the cheapest. The reason is because because the thief empress cape drops from the instructors (or empress). However empress only drops the recipes for the other capes. Which means, people have to craft them. They require like 200 dream fragments. So the thief empress cape is around 200m, while the others are approx. 1b.

I love how the possibility system in Maplestory works
Solution: Buy one with hidden potential. Works wonders.
Why not wait and get a 90% ?
