Is it bad to get my hair cut often?
Well my mom cuts my hair, and she is pretty professional at it, to be honest, it comes out nice, and it fits me quite well.
Problem is I cut it every 3-4weeks because it grows fairly quickly, is this a bad thing to do?

Mom was a professional, lol, but she hates cutting my hair.
On The Jersey Shore, they cut it like every 3 days.

On the contrary, that is a good thing. To trim your hair often, it helps it grow back healthier and faster. I cut my hair pretty often too.
