It wasn't a glitch, it was an exploit where familiars could 1H KO any monster. That lasted for two weeks, and then nexon patched it. Did they do a rollback? No. Thus, there were a lot of level 200's because of this.

They have no reason to rollback. This isn't as bad as the familiar exploit, and they never rollbacked for that, and that lasted two weeks.
