How do you acquire Impec Iv
So after reading a couple threads, I stumbled upon the fact that you can get impec 20/30 fro the phantom mmbs in the tempest shop. I'm wondering if this is true, because I do not wish to waste the tempest coins I have farmed. If anyone knows for sure please tell me! Thanks in advance!
