Even buying it for 150m is a good deal, considering they go up to lvl 30 once learned, 100% rate and both are prime skills.
Am I good enought to do it at lvl 120 with my DB?
Range of about 12,000 without my Wg's
most fastest way would be buying it in the fm
zakum or hilla would be the second fastest option
