My: 201atk 1H VIP Sword (30% boss 15%str) 3L Unique
28atk (4%all stat Rac mask) 2L epic
27atk 12%str,9%str, 6% all VSS (27%str) 3L Legendary
and 21atk 12% str SMG (gloves) 3L unique
For his: 53luk thief bottoms. 12%luk, 9% luk, decent HB, 2% luk neb (23%luk) 3L legendary
40atk VSS 12%luk, 6% all, 2%luk neb, decent haste 3L legendary
38atk Rac mask, 4%all, 4%luk, 1%luk neb, 3L unique
26atk SCG , 3L epic
Well how did I do? orginally he was suppose to give me a 55luk 26%luk top but he switched the bottoms instead

Only thing that worries me is how much my 27atk 27%str vss are worth since it's unnebbed
I think it's a pretty good deal, but if you're making some thief, don't use those SCG's, get a pair of 32att empress gloves.
@Improvement: Actually Ray, I believe there's only a slight chance it will add attack if the equip itself had base atk. For example, empress gloves, overall, hat, shoes, etc. It's just more easily attainable on weapons.
Correct me if I'm wrong btw.

There is actually a slight chance of getting +attack on a glove. Not any other equip afaik.

@AkatsukiLove: I assume they landed a couple 10% scrolls on it.. and then massively duped them and chaos'd until they were satisfied with the stats. The miracle chaos scrolls were also available during that .. giving a chance of -/+ 10 of any stat.
I didn't bother looking the items because I simply do not merch with them.. so I wouldn't know ..

if ee would work on vss and give it att don't you think there would be at least a few vss with 12 enhancements? since there are none then no ee does not add att on items that had no attack to begin with

Nope. EEs only add atk if it was an original base stat on the equip, such as weapons. (sometimes empress)

I wasn't sure with kaiser coming up if that would make it more equal however, i self cubed those shoes in 6 cubes, bought that sword for 3b, the mask was 15k nx when mts was here, and the gloves were purchased for 1b
