Cannon Shooter Revamp
In KMS (for GMS later), Cannon Shooters have been revamped. After, Barrel Roulette and Monkey Wave have nice passive effects. Should I max them now before the patch, or max Cannon Spike for now?

Oh, I was planning to come to my Cannon after the patch because 3rd job leveling is sorta slow.
When Bazooka fires instantly, let me know.
*They need to increase the attack speed for Cannoneers*....
I think nexon would be giving out SP reset scrolls because of the revamp of cannon shooters so if you maxed spike, you can always fix that after we get our hyper skills. Anyone else agree?
Roulette max level is 10 and Spike is 20? I don't remember..
