250GB PS3 compatibility with PS2 games?
Hey, so about seven months ago, I bought the 250GB PS3 and I had no idea that limited compatibility meant no compatibility with PS2 games. Anyway, my father bought me a PS2 game (Battlefront II) for Christmas and I put it in and I got the error message. He can't return the game, since I already opened the case. Is there any thing I can buy that will make the PS3 compatible with PS2 games? Thanks.

Yeah, I know, I researched it. They said that when PS2's stop selling, they'll make an update patch to correct the PS3's. However, they said hardware was also involved with it not being able to read PS2 disks.
