Post BB BW or DW? Post BB do DW orBW lvl faster? Also, what are the advantages of both? Pot and Equip money isn't a problem, I just need to know which levels faster, and then a skill build would be lovely.

Downloading from Play is outdated, from .exe is error -40 Well guys I'm trying to get back into the game, but having some issues downloading it. When I try and download it, I get an error message. To be specific, [ ERROR CODE = -40 ] Installation failed.(11315, -3) So I tried downloading it by hitting the play button. Well, the download finished but when I opened it, it said that maplestory was too out of date and that it could not patch it and to reinstall the game client. Went and tried that again, and whaddya know the same error message. I just want to play maple. I tried googling it, but no one seemed to have an answer on what to do. Any help would be very appreciated.
