Back when those medals came out, 1 INT = 1 M.ATT. It took more M.ATT to raise your range than it did W.ATT.
Just hold on to it. Witch belts dont come out every year. Right now its worth nothing because almost every body is farming red coins making these belts. The belt will be worth more then 250m when luminous comes out.
