How can I clean up my computer as much as possible?

Hey guys. In order to prevent getting hacked, I'm wondering what precautions I should take.

What I did so far:
-Change PW
-Change Email
-Change Pic
-System Restore
-Malwarebytes Virus scan

Is there anything I missed?

Thank you for your help.
First- System Restore has nothing to do with getting hacked, and should not be used unless you understand exactly what it does.

Next, "Malwarebytes" is not an anti-virus. It's an "anti-spyware" scanner. You should ALSO have a regular anti-virus scanner as well.
Both of these should be regularly updated and used regularly.

Next, to help prevent any keyloggers that do happen to get into your system undetected from sending your info out to a hacker on the Internet you need a software firewall that can block unauthorized outgoing connections from your computer to the Internet. I use "Zonealarm Free" which has the capability to block anything that tries to connect out to the Internet.

Next, to prevent "suspicious sites" from downloading stuff onto your computer when you just visit a site, use "Spyware Blaster". It blocks known bad web sites from linking invisibly to sites known to host malware that can infect your computer. It's free and easy to use.

As far as passwords, be sure NOT to use the same password (or easy to guess variations on the same password) for your e-mail, Basilmarket and MapleStory passwords.

(Google the names of the programs mentioned for the download links.)
Thank you so much, man. Cannot express how thankful I am! Only one thing, can you tell me a good anti-virus to use? ^_^
