the puppet thing is a quest where you accept this girl's quest and buy a hat or sumthing and then go in, forfeit the quest, then when time runs out, you go out and accept the quest and keep doing the same thing.
go train at the place at eldeisten(forgot what it is called) but you need a hat that cost 100k :l, hope somebody can tell you what the place is called!.

Ghost ship PQ is really really fast. 60k exp a win and 20k exp a lose if you trade win, why not just do that.
