3 Lined epic tempest rings
Ive farmed about 8. How many have you?
Just if people are wondering, i used 5 different accounts, used them all during hot time to collect 45+ coins, used chaos scrolls of goodness, AEE and epic potenital scrolls.

its a special chaos scroll in that it only raises stats

I have one. Bought one from the tempest shop, mag'd it and it came out epic.
I have zero.

Not really a waste of Chaos since the only way to best scroll that is this. But I agree that Epics would be a waste to use on multiple Rings. I only used it for one Ring.
So basically, I farmed 1 Tempest Ring and used 1 Epic Pot scroll on it. I hope to future cube when they get cheap.
