Special Pot scroll and Carver
Does anyone know what the 100%pot scroll,special "On regular equipments without deducting from its regular count" what does that mean...?
Also, Carved golden seal...80% to add another line on "LESS than 2 potentials" what the hell? no item has only ONE line of potential..anyone exlpain?

but potential scrolls never take away slots anyways...
