cant add listing, or items in new sell/trade system

im trying to convert [b]all[/b] of my %luk to %dex, and i tried listing it on the "trade listing"
but it has informed me that it is done on the new sell/trade system. i tried adding my item and it just takes me to the home screen...
any ideas on what could be done?
