What Quest Gives Sharky Sharky Skill?
so i wanna get the sharky sharky skill that thunder breakers had, and since u can't make ultimate explorers someone told me that i can do a quest to get that sharky sharky move, and i want it but dunno what quest it is or how to get to it, Also don't know the actual name of the skill i just call it sharky sharky cuz its like 4 sharkies

Do Empress Might and get 20 lunar dews. Turn in the quest and Hawkeye should give you a skill quest.
shark wave is the name of the skill i believe
There's more than just the lunar dews. I remember finishing that quest and it only gave me the skill that allows you to wear items 10 levels ahead of your character level.
GL I mean it's not like the drop rate is like 0.0001% on 4x drop or anything
