theres a sign in the maps that looks like a peice of wood with arrows pointing > and < and if you press up ifront of it it takes you to a flat map with various monsters.
there is on in Bent tree, Haunted hill, and Phantom road (those are the ones i goto, they also have different names but we call em by their map names cuz its easyer)
and if you cc in there hh/bf spawns in various channels
Bent tree map you just go one map > from Haunted House
Haunted hill map you go to bent tree then goto the bottom right portal
Phantom road map you goto Bent tree then to the top left portal leading you to that gorge place then from there you goto the left portal and from there you keep going to the portal that is all the way to the left until you reach it.

Idk I'll tell you right now I'm logging on to get toe as I type this

Considering how easy it is now, I think everyone hunts it for it's toe.

I found a lot of them this morning. It just depends what time of day you're looking for them, I guess. They spawn on most maps, like the Twisted Paths maps and the Crossroads maps.

I walk into random maps, and They are there. LOL.
Just get lucky.
