I don't think you've read carefully enough. You can't gain a level, you will be at 99,98%.

I would love for them to level us based on our exp but I doubt it'll happen as in many other MMO's I've played they just reset certain skill related things and everyones level remained the same but at 99% or like 1exp away from level up.

Hate to break it to you guys, but 99.98% won't be the max anymore. After Big Bang, 99.99% DOES exist. Hope that doesn't make anyone too upset.

OT: I'd expect it to be the same as EXPlosion, but you never know. Just wait a week and find out like the rest of us.

It's likely we'll be pushed to 99.98% if we reached the exp to level point.

What's the point of doing that? They didn't do it before and neither have they done that on kMS.

Actually, from what I heard, you're right. Let's say it takes 160 exp to level, and you are at 30% (48 exp).
When BB is released, the exp to level lowers to, say, 100. Your percent stays at 30%, but your current exp drops to 30.

At least that's what I heard from KMS players.

No, because with the previous EXP curbe everyone's % went up. If the EXP requires 10% less, you will gain some % in your EXP bar obviously (because you require less EXP and you keep your original EXP). If you're 99,98%, nothing will happen and you will remain at that.

We will not instant level up. We cannot level up while we are not logged on. Things will be the same as the last exp curve change (EXPlosion event). If you have enough exp to next level, you shall remain the same level and your exp shall be reduced to 99.98%
