3 Different permanent bans at the same time
[b]EDIT: It probably had to do with the DFO Pelgrimage exploit last night when accounts were getting banned. And they banned 3 of my accounts along with it. After todays Servers Maintenance April 17th, all 3 of my accounts got unbanned. My tickets have not been answered yet. As you can see another false ban happened to my accounts in a month time. I have never experienced such bans before. So sure there are guilty people who tried to act innocent on the forums after their accounts got banned, as you can see there are many false bans happening.[/b]
Today April the 16th I found out 3 of my accounts got permanently banned for an unknown reason to me. I found a thread on Nexon Forums (Basil Market was under maintenance at that time) and they mentioned about Love Letter exploit. I didn't even know about this exploit at all, neither did I visted the FM the past days. My accounts were holding a couple of tradeable Love Letters obtained from past events. I sold some when I had a store but it seems like I happened to forgot some, because I found some Love Letters on a few mules.

The last time I was able to login was on monday April the 15th on these 3 accounts.
I submitted one ticket at the moment. I will probably have to do it on the other 2 accounts too.
[b]Things that I can confirm:[/b]
The accounts were not hacked as far I can tell. I checked the guild and some of the characters' status still said ? in the guild. A hacker would have checked every character for items.
The other 2 accounts I also play on were not affected by a ban. I checked every character on those 2 accounts to see if I had any Love Letters. I didn't have any on those 2 accounts.
I will need to check other mule and friends accounts if they got a ban or not.
I went to FM to see if there were any Love Letters, but I didn't see any. I wanted to figure out if my bans had to do with this.

Okay whatever, you sound too ignorant for the things that happened. Also to be honest if you are not a GM don't judge on people. Obviously a GM made a mistake. Thanks for participating in this thread.

I meant to say that I'm surprised at how fast Nexon might have responded to those abusing the DFO exploit.

Well not sure if I accidently got banned for that DFO exploit that happened but it is possible.

I got unbanned on all 3 the accounts, as you can see I didn't do anything wrong.
My 3 tickets are still opened. Let see what they have to say. And imagine if I was still banned and that I had to wait for the ticket to get answered, whenever that would be.
Oh shoot, I heard about the exploit but I didn't think the outbreak wasn big enough to receive attention. I'm happy to hear your accounts were unbanned. :x

As far I can confirm 1 time, that time they accused me for hacking and gave me a 30 days ban and told me to wait till the 30 days are over. However I got unbanned 15 days earlier because it was their fault not mine.
As for the 3 bans I got at the same time, I should not go say that I am falsely banned for this because that is coming from me, 1 person. We have to see from both sides to get the answers, but the sad part is Nexon is not going to share this information with anyone who got banned for whatever reason. If they do find something wrong at their side, they will unban the accounts but will never provide any information what really happened. So you will still be clueless why you got banned in the first place.

wtf, how can they ban u for entering PIC/pw wrong five times. someone knowing ur login id or email can just go put random pw 5 times. that gotta be wrong.

Ah okay, I don't play every character I made every day but I play whenever I feel like on those characters. For example I used them at Red Leaf High to get them some level ups. Or I collected equipments from events on them too. There are many characters I haven't trained anymore after I got it to a certain level. But it is still nice to have them around.
EDIT: Did you get unbanned though?

I can say no, but too many people already created threads and trying to sound innocent. Nobody will believe you anyway.
By this ban I lost 21 high level characters across 3 accounts. They aren't godly but precious to me because I spent the time and money (NX to change the look rather than to make them stronger) to create all of them over the past 7 years I have been playing.

No idea what this event is all about. The DFO glitch itself doesn't apply to me because I never played this game, neither do I have a DFO account. I can't even play the game from outside the region. But whether I got affected by it, no idea. Nexon is not going to tell the details anyway.

perm i have exactly the same 3 bans i got chained banned by ip. apparently my little cousin is the reason why i got banned
the one with the blocked or deleted. it will turn into the one where it banned for hacking

It isn't this. I know how IP bans happens, just like leafreed said, except the limit is higher up to around 28 accounts within an hour.

I doubt it. It is really suspicious to have 3 accounts get banned at once and 2 other accounts are fine? 45 days ago they also falsely banned my account for 30 days and it got released after 15 days, no apologies and no compensation. They also accused me for hacking that time.
Anyway I will wait till they answer my tickets for now.
You can get banned in some instances for logging onto multiple accounts within a certain period of time from the same IP, this would be applicable to you if you were farming from an event in rapid succession.
