on a bulk right now, and it's pretty easy. the only difficult thing about it, was the beginning, when i had a hard time finding foods to fill in my calorie requirements. i can't see cutting be any harder.
Lol I've always wondered how people had trouble gaining weight but primarily because I've never personally dealt with it / knew anyone who did. Losing is always a goal that a lot of people around me have and it's hard enough to make most people quit.. and stay fat. #sorryboutit
it depends on the person's body. some people are unable to gain weight due to their fast metabolism and others gain weight very easily because they have a slower metabolism. I had a friend who would eat 2 cheeseburgers and eat subway almost everyday (because her mom worked there) and idk she just ate alot and yet she still looked like a stick like she had a thigh gap and dear god her legs were so skinny
