level 153 hero says rookie on ranking help!
As the title says....my maple hubby cant play ms anymore idk if he got hacked or what but hes off the rankings hes level 153 hero but when he logs on its just says hes a rookie on his account ranking. The game starts normally but it crashes when he clicks on a server (any server) he tried to launch the game via game launcher from ms folder but after he puts in his info and clicks log in it says....."We're still processing your request at this time, so you don't have access to the game for now."
The thing is he didnt make any kind of request!
Any advice to fix this would be appreciated.

T.T It was a one day ban i have no idea why he got that but i am happy hes back now! Thanks for shedding light into this specially EtherXFayt even if he did kick my heart a little in the beginning.
Does he/she own a copy of linewire on his/hers computer?
Read something about 6th version of linewire damages medium graphic games.

hez banned. login using launcher to see your ban reason and ban duration.
