Even with the revamp, Evans can probably do more DPM.

Is 37% int enough fund for a lvl 155 evan?

The one you have most fun with will always be the best class < 3
I could go with "The one with the most funding is better," too.
But really I think Evan has better damage unfunded and shad has better damage the more funds you put into it.
