Please post a video of that because I honestly think that's impossible right now if you don't have any %Boss like this guy did. I wouldn't be surprised if you had 50-100% boss and you soloed it, but 0% boss... nah I don't believe its possible.

Especially since my stripped paladin with only 50% boss damage with 25k range had a hard time doing regular zak

No it doesnt say what his PDR is, but Paladins already have pretty good PDR anyways so there isn't much use for stockpiling a ton of it. He showed his sword and it didn't have any %Boss and I doubt his shield has % boss on it too. ACB is 270% per hit and he was hitting 65-70k's w/o crit which is around what I hit with blast w/o crit and blast now is 260% so that may prove he doesn't have any %Boss at all.

@Kazzooey: As i recall, they haven't ever actually nerfed an explorer class. And no, i dont consider adding a CD to an ultimate a nerf because it was justified.

But i had heard that they originally wanted to make Blast do 520% dmg PER line.

Exactly. If you don't have to worry about the boss doing big damage or stuff like that, say normal hilla, a Hero will out DPM us by far. But in terms of a much more intense boss such as Hard Hilla or something like that where they use a LOT of crazy attacks I would say it's in more favor for a Paladin due to their resistance and boss Knock Down and invincibility. So in the end it MAY or MAY NOT out Dpm a Hero.

I'd say this update balanced Paladins out more, maybe a bit too much damage arguably. Because when you look at it, sure like now we are invincible but Hero's still whup our asses in DPM so that invincibility didn't really matter since we still sucked. I think they were trying to balance out a Paladin's DPM with a Hero's DPS but they may have overdid it. But you wont see me crying NERF! anytime soon.

300k per line congrats. But you aren't invincible, you have to deal with taking damage, seduce, stuff like that. All of which hinder your DPM. Paladins on the other hand dont have to worry about ANY of that. Our Hero's will should take care of any seduce that comes our way with such a low cooldown on it (CO baby), a 40-50% status resist, Sanctosomething, Smite (Knocks down bosses), and complete invincibility [i]may or may not[/i] out DPM a Hero depending on the boss and situation. I personally would put my money on and take 200k per line with all of those bonuses rather than 300k per line and little defensive bonuses.

And realize I posted this in the Paladin section, not the general section. I am showing this to PALADINS and not comparing it to the rest of the classes in the game. Cool, your Dual Blade can solo in 7 minutes but I doubt a Db can solo Czak with a 22k range. Tell me one other class (don't you DARE say Angelic Burster) who can solo Czak with a 22k range. Imagine if our paladins had your Db's range, then see who comes out on #1 ey?

My pally is lvl 125 or 130 forgot, with a 17k range so is that good or =l bad

20k Range is slightly funded. I have only two empress equips (clean overall and 23 ATT 3% Str gloves), an ok sword (150ish ATT), and 20% Str. So if that was me, I would be doing 200k per line of Blast x 7 since I can get decent SE and I have 16% Boss from cards and link. Now slap 100% invincibility into that and you've got probably better dpm than a Hero.

does that mean we can solo zak with a 10k range? if that's so, i really can't wait for the updates haha. really want to solo zak one day...
