Which Mastery to get?
I got my Mihile to lvl 70 and job adv. But idk which one to pick

Expert, AFA or Roiling Soul, as they all add damage (but works differently)
Expert increases Attack and decrease damage range (therefore hitting more consistently)
AFA increases attack and overall damage (since each attack have chance to proc it)
Roiling Soul as it MASSIVELY increase the damage you do (only to one monster though, and comes with cd)
Of course, you can also get radiant blast since it's your best mobbing skill.

Also you get a second one at 4th job, so I would get Radiant Blast 30 for that, then you have all the most important/expensive skill books covered.
I went with Expert Sword Mastery 30. I don't know about your server, but on my server that book is super expensive, and getting +70% mastery, +15% minimum critical damage and +30 w.atk is pretty nice right off the get go in 4th
