It hasn't changed at all since ascension.

Well actually it's backwards, Empress is +2, Leafre is +1 but anyway, HT is a bit of pain to get due to the quests and then that empress cape has a bit of a hefty price tag on it...

Before you work towards maxing anything, get a point into Hurricane, Spirit Link, Bow Expert, AFA, Marksmanship, Puppet, and 9 points in SE (for 10% crit boost at a decent time) Then for maxing, I would go in the order of BE (29 BE serves its purpose) > AFA > Hurricane > MMS > Spirit Link > SE (29 SE is sufficient imo, maxing only gives a boost of 1% damage)> Illusion Step > Maple warrior if affordable > Puppet > Dump into Ultimate inferno

EDIT: This guide is good... but it doesn't have the BM build </3
