Thinking about going back to college

But I'm afraid I might end up dropping out/won't be allowed back. Well the second time I went back in Jan of 2014 I had to drop out due to personal issues. But I've been applying to every job in this town and I'm out of luck. Or my dad says I should just become a truck driver like him. Which I won't mind, but I don't like being away from home for long periods of time.

go to community college; it's not as tough as a 4 year and you can transfer to a 4 year
find out what your passion is and pursue it.
what do you like to do, what are you good at, what makes you happy.

I want to drop out too but because Im pathetic and lack the motivation to make change im just going to waste my time in a major i hate and get into loads of debt and graduate without any decent career options. im probably going to end up working at Ross the rest of my life
Well, first of all, you have to actually want it.

If you're just doing it because you have nothing else to do, then you wont make it. It's just that simple.

Also, if you dropped out for noted personal issues, then I don't see why you wouldn't be allowed back in. Unless, it's some sort of strict bottom-line University.
this guy gets it, there has to be a passion. don't just go to kill time and tell people "o yea im in school right now"

going to college just because of that reason is stupid. Maybe your dad's advice is good. there is lack of blue collar jobs these days
