Questions about the Mystic Black Silk Ribbon

So back in the day, Mystic Black Silk Ribbon was out and it would make you float right? So now there's "AERIAL Mystic Black Silk Ribbon", from the Premium surprise style box,which also makes you float. 'cause in the description of the "old" one it does not mention anything a bout floating where as the Aerial one does... So, I was wondering if they both make you float now or only the new one =O Has anyone tested it out? ^^
