Cant take a screenshot

Hi there.

So, right now I'm trying to take a screen shot on MS except every time I'm trying to, it says, "You cannot take screenshots at this moment. Please try again later."
IDK if I actually [b]can't[/b] right now or there's just something up w/ my laptop. I have a Sony-Vaio E Series Laptop, it has the full number pad on the side. Let me know if you need any other specifications.
