Do these 2-star and 3-star Enhancement Scrolls boom?

I'm assuming they don't boom at all since they don't state that they do... but I want to double-check.

@Aeroleyze: i used it on one equipment with one enhancement and it worked but i only got one star more... my question remains: can i do this without any risk with more of those scroll?
Do not trust % enhancement and % potential scrolls that are untradeable/account-movable only because they don't have the "If failed, this scroll has a 50% chance to destroy the item" or w/e line. I personally and a friend have blown things up that did not have this line with event scrolls w/o the warning on them. Just a heads up.
OP, I'm not sure about either of those particular scrolls you've linked to, but I can verify that the line warning you does not have to be on the scroll for it to boom an item.
TL;DR: be extremely careful about trusting the wording on the scrolls. Many times, it lies by omission.

No, they do not. It would say in the description if they did.
