Stuck in Ra entrance

So I went to RA for the first time today and I got stuck on the map where you're supposed to fall down. When I say stuck, I mean the GUI is gone completely, can't chat, move, use skills, make faces. Nothing works. I've relogged time and time again and I always log in on that map with the exact same problem. Any help?
