Account selling was not intended by nexon and you admitted to attempting and succeeding in obtaining his account information thus you have violated the EULA twice.
Just a quick side note, if you actually take the time to read the EULA you realize many of our arguments are in fact invalid for several reasons;
1: These accounts are not ours, they belong to Nexon. It is through the EULA that Nexon allows us to use their accounts to use their software for our entertainment means.
2: We did not purchase the software, the software was not given to us, thus the software is not ours. We do not own a copy of Maple Story.
3: Nexon states in the EULA that the use of the service is an "As is" basis and they do not guarantee "...THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE, AND THE SERVER(S), SYSTEM(S) AND NETWORK(S) ON WHICH THE SERVICE IS HOSTED AND/OR OPERATES, ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS..." This is found in section 11 of the EULA.

And the seller won't give me full info... they scammed me.. i actually managed to get all the info by snooping around the internet a bit.. but i still can't log on to the game
