Does anyone know?

ive heard scrolls on your previous weapon will transfer to sweet water weapon along with enhance, nebs and pot? for example if my lionheart 2h is +10scrolled +105 ATK or so, and has 9 enhance will this get moved to the sweet water 2h and become - Base XXX ATK + 105 with no slots left and 9 enhancements?
