how to fund myself
hello, i would like to know what items i should fund my future kaizer with, i have 730m cash, and the only items will transfer are evo rings 1 2 and 3. i am thinking about getting it to 140 and buying 6/7 empress (shoulder if its cheap) and waste the rest on earrings/belts ect. is this the right way to go?

If you mean 730m in NX, o.o
If you mean 730m in mesos, you should try to get Empress with good pot (that fits your budget). Then get a piece of 6-9% STR for belt and earring. Rings - Go get another one with good attack and stats (I'd recommend RSR if you want the rising sun set). Finally, scroll your end-game weapon with maybe 50%s? (dunno GMS prices) You might also want to sell off or trade some of your other characters' equipments for funding.
At least, that's what I'd do!
With that funding, i wouldnt expect hitting good damage with your kaiser. I suggest not making one and playing your phantom instead
