summary: people outraged by this tweet (alluding to this segment), which makes fun of Dan Snyder's half-assed charity foundation for Native Americans. Social justice warriors go into overdrive and apparently have no idea what means to satirize something.

Nothing, the idiot Suey Park got all mad that Stephen Colbert (supposedly) posted the punchline of a joke related to something the owner of the redskins did (which was make a foundation) with the word redskins in it which was the point of the outrage over the team.
Twitter tard sees it, gets mad that asians "are always used as the butt of a joke" and says it's time "we fight back" ... failing to notice the satire of the joke.
what exactly was so bad?
Watched the show last night, I instantly knew he'd get flak for it. I just wanna say too, the only reason you don't hear as many jokes about Asians is because they're always the worst responders. They're the ones who actively try to get stuff shut down. There have been a few Hispanic and like one or two black jokes this month on TCP, but there's nowhere near enough outrage compared to this.
People who get offended and try to attack the source of a joke they didn't like should be shot in the head.
Now, now ... let's not lump all asians into a group with the bat-ass crazy ones. Suey Park, and those like her "think" they're doing something for asian-americans by feigning outrage over something so silly but I believe they're actively harming their own so called activism.
Seriously, the whole joke was to show how stupid the redskins owner is by using an asian equivalent and look, no one noticed it on the show. It was only AFTER the show when someone who works or is interned at Comedy Network who posted the joke without the context that miss outrage over here decided to "stand up" for asians.
She's an embarrassment, and nothing but a product of the new age of idiocy where sitting around whining like a child accomplishes something and TRUE activism against racism are pushed to the shadows. And it's ironic how blatantly racist Suey Park (the whole creator of ) is.

Yes I would. You act as if I'm supporting it.
Colbert's a funny guy.
SJWs are a blight on society.
Both of those statements are true.
wait i dont understand any of that
The name of the charity is The Washington Redskins Original Americans Foundation. The joke is pointing out the fact that the charity's name contains the pejorative term that Native Americans are upset with in the first place. The old clip they show is Colbert making fun of Rush Limbaugh's real impersonations of foreigners.
...People are just "messed up" if that's how you see it.
Pretty much.

Yes. A joke is a joke for a reason. It's not serious. Just cause I joke about Mexicans or slavery or black people doesn't mean I hate them, it means it was a good joke that makes people laugh. People are just "messed up" if that's how you see it.
