Do higher leveled monsters have a higher drop rate?
If you were to hunt for a sword or something, does a higher leveled monster that has the sword in its drop list have a higher drop rate for it than a lower leveled monster with said sword in its drop table? (excluding bosses)

I'm thinking more recipes where a level 100 and a level 80 mob would have the same recipe. I was wondering if they would have the same drop rate for said recipe.

I think higher level monsters have higher drop rates since low level monsters dont drop anything for you
